Practical, deliverable-focused work.

For organisations that don't have time to do it themselves.

01

Grant Writing

We write grant applications for community organisations and sporting clubs — from $1K club equipment grants to $250K state funding submissions. We do the writing, the budget, and the supporting documents. You provide the project, we turn it into a fundable application.

02

Programme Design

We design community programmes that funders want to back and communities want to use. Programme logic, participant pathways, outcomes frameworks, and implementation planning — written in plain English, ready for grant submissions or council reporting.

03

Event Coordination

End-to-end coordination of community and sporting events, including budgeting, vendor management, volunteer deployment, and on-day delivery. We have recently delivered events with 1,000+ attendees and 100+ volunteers across South East Queensland.

04

Volunteer Management

Recruitment, briefing, rostering, and on-day deployment of volunteer teams. Particularly suited to sporting events, community festivals, and council-run programs that need extra capacity at peak times.

Real projects. Verifiable delivery.

Three events. Thousands of attendees. All delivered on time and on budget.
